2021 PFL 2 live and official results

2021 PFL 2 takes place Thursday, and you can join us for official results beginning at 6 p.m. ET (3 p.m. PT).

The event takes place at Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City, N.J. The main card airs on ESPN2 following prelims on ESPN+.

In the main event, former Bellator welterweight champion Rory MacDonald (21-6-1) makes his PFL debut against Curtis Millender (18-6) in the welterweight regular season. Plus, two 2019 season winners are back: Ray Cooper III (20-7-1) meets Jason Ponet (20-12-1) at welterweight, and Emiliano Sordi (22-8) takes on Chris Camozzi (25-14) at light heavyweight.

Official 2021 PFL 2 results include:

MAIN CARD (ESPN2, 9 p.m. ET)

  • Rory MacDonald def. Curtis Millender via submission (rear-naked choke) – Round 1, 3:38 – earns 6 points in welterweight standings
  • Ray Cooper III def. Jason Ponet via submission (arm-triangle choke) – Round 1, 1:23 – earns 6 points in welterweight standings
  • Joao Zeferino def. Gleison Tibau via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28) – earns 3 points in welterweight standings
  • Emiliano Sordi def. Chris Camozzi via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 28-27) – earns 3 points in light heavyweight standings

PRELIMINARY CARD (ESPN+, 6 p.m. ET)

  • Antonio Carlos Junior def. Tom Lawlor via submission (guillotine choke) – Round 1, 4:43 – earns 6 points in light heavyweight standings
  • Cezar Ferreira def. Nick Roehrick via knockout (punches) – Round 1, 0:37 – earns 6 points in light heavyweight standings
  • Nikolay Aleksakhin vs. Sadibou Sy declared no contest (Aleksakhin unable to continue from accidental eye poke) – Round 2, 1:56 – each fighter earns 1 point in welterweight standings
  • Marthin Hamlet def. Dan Spohn via technical submission (arm-triangle choke) – Round 2, 0:52 – earns 5 points in light heavyweight standings
