The event takes place at Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City, N.J. The main card airs on ESPN 2 following prelims on ESPN+.

In the main event, former UFC lightweight champion Anthony Pettis (24-10) battles rising boxing star and former UFC fighter Clay Collard (18-8).

The main card also includes 2018 and 2019 lightweight champion Natan Schulte (20-3-1) against Marcin Held (26-7), as well as 2018 and 2019 featherweight champ Lance Palmer (22-3) against Bubba Jenkins (14-4).
