With disdain for aspects of police job, Chris Daukaus targets full-time fighter status
LAS VEGAS – Chris Daukaus answered media questions Thursday ahead of his bout at UFC Fight Night 185.
Daukaus (10-3 MMA, 2-0 UFC), who meets Aleksei Oleinik (59-14-1 MMA, 8-5 UFC) in a heavyweight matchup, discussed balancing his fighting career with being a police officer, his hope to eventually become a full-time fighter, facing the most experienced opponent of his career and much more.
UFC Fight Night 185 takes place Saturday at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. The card streams on ESPN+.
