Francis Ngannou got his revenge over Stipe Miocic on Saturday when he claimed the heavyweight title in the UFC 260 main event.
After losing a dominant decision in their first fight at UFC 220 in January 2018, Ngannou (16-3 MMA, 11-2 UFC) turned the tables in the rematch when he scored a second-round knockout of Miocic (20-4 MMA, 14-4 UFC) in the headlining bout at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.
Who should be the first challenger for the new champion? Jon Jones (26-1 MMA, 20-1 UFC) seems to the frontrunner, but some clear obstacles exist before it can come to fruition.
