Coached by UFC 277 headliners Julianna Peña and Amanda Nunes, who square off for a fight of their own July 30 in Dallas, the season began with eight heavyweights and eight women’s flyweights.
Over the course of 12 episodes, the pack was whittled down from 16 fighters to four. On Monday, ESPN+ streamed the season finale, which set the two “TUF 30” finals.
MMA Junkie has since learned the two finals bouts will take place as part of UFC on ESPN 40 on Aug. 6 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.
