Video: UFC stars left shocked in live reactions to Max Holloway’s UFC 300 knockout of Justin Gaethje
Max Holloway produced one of the most shocking and violent moments in octagon history on Saturday when he knocked out Justin Gaethje to claim the BMF title at UFC 300.
Holloway (26-7 MMA, 22-7 UFC) pointed to the middle of the octagon and slugged out the final seconds of his thrilling matchup with Gaethje (25-5 MMA, 8-5 UFC) at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, and managed to land a punch with one second remaining that spelled the end of the fight in highlight-reel fashion.
UFC CEO Dana White called it one of the greatest moments in company history, and it was because of the “holy sh*t” factor involved in seeing Holloway completely flattened Gaethje in that manner.
Based on the live reactions, White certainly isn’t lying. Video clips of fighters watching Holloway put Gaethje’s lights out were shared around social media, and you can check out the best ones below.
