combat night! bring home the belts!

Good afternoon Ludites! I hope everyone has had an active and spectacular week. Whether you joined us at Mavericks for Combat Night this past weekend or not, I’m still going to tell you how great it was for our team.

We put four of our amateur fighters into the cage and they came out with four absolute beautiful wins. Those fighters are as follows: Steven Koslow (125lb), Reggie Mac (145lb), Trey Waters (155lb), and last but not least Collin Lubberts(170lb)! ur competition team. Onto the three title fights we had. Reggie Mac won his 145 title fight, a full three round fight by decision. Utterly demolishing his opponent and earning a glorious win. Trey our next fighter won the 155 title belt by submission. Trey put everything he had into it, and it showed. He earned that belt by sheer determination, the type of determination that engulfs all of our fighters.

Last but surely not least, the main card event, Collin Lubberts. Our victorious 170 fighter, who went through his fight as if it didn’t phase him. Blasting through the first round with a precision level of striking I hadn’t seen from any amateur fighter yet. No amount of skill was spared for any opponent our team faced. Coach Billy put every one of them through an excellent fight camp and kept them on track for their fights. So if you have the desire to be a fighter, or just train with fighters.
