A middleweight bout between Brendan Allen and Eric Spicely is the latest addition to October’s UFC on ESPN 6 lineup.
UFC officials today announced the bout between Allen (12-3 MMA, 0-0 UFC) and Spicely (12-5 MMA, 4-5 UFC).
UFC on ESPN 6 takes place Oct. 18 at TD Garden in Boston. The card airs on ESPN.
Allen, 23, gets his UFC debut booked just weeks after earning a contract with the promotion at Dana White’s Contender Series 20 in July He finished his fight on the show by first-round submission, giving him 11 stoppages out of 12 career victories.
Spicely, 32, will attempt to give Allen a rude introduction to the octagon and get back on track in his own career. He’s coming off a unanimous decision loss to Deron Winn at UFC on ESPN+ 12 in an entertaining affair that received “Fight of the Night” honors.

The UFC handed out four bonuses after Saturday’s card, rewarding four main card stoppages. After UFC on ESPN 55, four fighters took home an extra $50,000 for their performances at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. Check out the winners below.
