The Bellator 263 lineup continues to grow.

Top-ranked lightweights Chris Gonzalez (6-0 MMA, 1-0 BMMA) and Goiti Yamauchi (25-5 MMA, 11-4 BMMA) will square off in a three-round preliminary card bout, which is one of the latest additions to the July 31 event at The LA Forum in Inglewood, Calif.

A promotion official informed MMA Junkie of the fight Tuesday, in addition to a welterweight preliminary card matchup between Johnny Cisneros (13-7 MMA, 4-5 BMMA) and Joshua Jones (10-5 MMA, 3-2 BMMA).

A member of Team Alpha Male, Gutierrez trains with some of the best fighters in the world. Unbeaten as a professional, Gutierrez has displayed his strong wrestling base throughout his career. However, his striking is coming along as well, as he displayed in his most recent win over UFC alumnus Roger Huerta, who he defeated with punches at Bellator 255 in April.

One of the longest-tenured fighters on the Bellator roster, Yamauchi is still only 28 years old. Yamauchi made his promotional debut at Bellator 99 in 2013. Prior to a controversial split decision loss to Dan Moret at Bellator 256 in April, Yamauchi won three straight fights over Daniel Weichel, Saad Awad, and Daron Cruickshank.

Bellator 263 takes place Saturday, July 31 at The LA Forum in Inglewood, Calif. The main card airs on Showtime after prelims on MMA Junkie.
