Former UFC lightweight Desmond Green is back behind bars.

The 30-year-old Green is in Broward County (Fla.) Jail after surrendering Wednesday for violating terms of his release while he awaited trial in a DUI manslaughter case,  records show.

Green is accused of driving without a license, which is a felony in Florida after a third offense. Green was given traffic citations for running red lights on Sept. 4, Sept. 17, and Oct. 25, after he was ordered not to drive as a condition of his release. Green also had a $194,000 bond revoked.

Green faces several charges stemming from the fatal incident, which included DUI causing serious bodily injury, DUI causing property damage, driving on a suspended license, and cannabis, cocaine and drug paraphernalia possession.
