Stipe Miocic’s second run as UFC heavyweight champion came to an end Saturday when he was brutally knocked out by Francis Ngannou in the UFC 260 headliner.
Unlike the first meeting in January 2018, which Miocic (20-4 MMA, 14-4 UFC) won by unanimous decision, the overwhelming knockout power of Ngannou (16-3 MMA, 11-2 UFC) could not be avoided. The finish came in the second round at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.
