Song Yadong achieved his first main event win on Saturday when he stopped Ricky Simon in the final round at UFC Fight Night 223.
After losing his previous headliner, Yadong (20-7-1 MMA, 9-2-1 UFC) rebounded with a thoroughly dominant performance against Simon (20-4 MMA, 8-3 UFC) that ended in a fifth-round TKO at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.
