LAS VEGAS – MMAjunkie was on scene and reporting live from today’s early and official UFC 219 fighter weigh-ins, where all 20 scheduled athletes made weight without issue.
The early weigh-ins took place at the MGM Grand Conference Center in Las Vegas and precede the ceremonial weigh-ins for the fans, which take place at 7 p.m. ET at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The same venue hosts Saturday’s event, which has a main card on pay-per-view following prelims on FS1 and UFC Fight Pass.
Among those weighing in were women’s featherweight champion Cris Cyborg (18-1 MMA, 3-0 UFC) and former bantamweight champ Holly Holm (11-3 MMA, 4-3 UFC), who meet in the main event. While athletes are given a two-hour window to make weight, all 10 fights were made official in just under 60 minutes.
The full 219 weigh-in results include:
MAIN CARD (Pay-per-view, 10 p.m. ET)
PRELIMINARY CARD (FS1, 8 p.m. ET)
PRELIMINARY CARD (UFC Fight Pass, 7:30 p.m. ET)
