Rencountre doesn’t look uncomfortable, but Muhammad just patiently putting in work right now, scoring with the right hand over the top quite often. Muhammad pressing from the center, and Rencountre trying to use straight punches to keep him away. Rencountre scores with a nice low kick. Muhammad just patient and effective until the bell. MMAjunkie gives the first to Muhammad, 10-9.

Round 2 – Muhammad again gets to the center and looks to move in and out of range. Both men throwing their hands early, but Muhammad getting the best of it. Stiff jab from Muhammad. The right coming behind it, as well. Again, Rencountre willing to trade but not getting the best for now. Muhammad shoots inside and gets the fight to the floor, but Rencountre is quick to move and scramble and get back to his feet. Back to work for both men, and Rencountre is getting busy with his long punches and kick. Muhammad moving his head well to slip and counter. It’s tougher when Rencountre is busier, but Muhammad managing well and racking up points. Rencountre trying to offer up attacks from various angles, but Muhammad unimpressed and just calmly moving and picking his moments. A few wild strikes to close from both, but MMAjunkie gives the round to Muhammad, 10-9.

Round 3 – Rencountre with a quick start in the third, looking to get things going in his direction. Muhammad slips some of those quick strikes and immediately gets back to a control position, managing the distance and again looking to throw punches in the pocket. Rencountre cut under is right eye, showing the wear of his opponent’s jab. Muhammad just slipping and returning fire with ease. Halfway through, and Muhammad shoots inside for a quick takedown. Jarred Brooks vs. Jose Torres

Round 1 – Torres stalking to start, with Brooks a little lighter on his feet and bouncing on the outside. Both men lacing out some quick jabs, and Brooks adding in a nice right hand behind it in the early going. Spinning backfist from Brooks blocked. He spins the other way and lands, sending Torres to the canvas. Brooks follows, grabbing control from a front headlock as Torres looks to recover from his knees. Brooks knees the shoulder a bit as he holds the neck. Torres looking for an opportunity to rise, but Brooks holding tight. Torres finally goes for broke and does get to his feet and pull away without issue. Brooks sharp again on the restart. His hands look fantastic. Another spinning strike partially lands. Brooks shoots inside and gets the action to the canvas, moving quickly around to the back when Torres rises. Brooks gets the figure-four around the body of his standing opponent. Torres keeping his chin tucked, but Brooks is in control. He can’t get the finish before the bell, but Brooks takes the first, 10-9 on the MMAjunkie card.

Round 2 – Torres gets to the center and looks to strike, and Brooks is quickly in on a takedown. Nice entry, but it doesn’t get the action to the floor. Torres’ left eye has been banged up a bit already. Brooks with the spinning strike again, but Torres pushes inside and jams it, grabbing control of the body. He lifts and slams his opponent to the floor, but Brooks pops right back to his feet and is able to spin inside, pressing the action to the cage. Nothing there, so they break away and reset. Torres still moving forward on the feet, but Brooks moving and countering well. Halfway through the round, and Torres seems to be pushing a little harder. Brooks ducks in on another takedown. He lifts his opponent high in the air and leaps forward with a slam to the floor. Impressive move, but Brooks appears to be the one who’s rocked, with the back of his head crashing into the canvas. Torres quickly pulls free from his stunned opponent and turns to take the back, punching away at his stunned opponent. Brooks is indeed out, and this fight is over. Crazy turn of events.

Round 1 – Wood open with a low kick, and Eduardo responds in kind. More low kicks traded in the opening seconds. Wood tries to catch a leg but can’t quite get Eduardo off-balance. Couple of punches being added in, as well, but both men. Crisp right finds the chin for Wood. Eduardo scores with his right, as well. Good work from both guys to start. Wood with a nice short left, but Eduardo counters with a right over the top that gets his opponent a little loose on the feet. Still a strong pace on the feet. Eduardo with another right hand, and Wood backs to the fence. Eduardo picks his shots well with a dig to the body and more up top. Wood is hurt. Round 2 – Wood with a few quick jabs to start. Eduardo methodical in his return, looking to slip and counter. Leg kicks still lading for both men, but the real damage being done up top. Wood already bloodied up again, but his left hand is quick in reply. Eduardo shoots inside and winds up slipping back and pulling guard after the defense. It’s not really there, so he looks to scramble up. Wood reached down and tries to lock up the D’Arce choke. It’s not really there, but he’s staying with it. Eduardo is trying to turn and spin free, but Wood has control. He cinches up the arms and continues to squeeze, and Eduardo is trapped and forced to tap. Another comeback victory.

Desmond Green vs. Gleison Tibau

Round 1 – Dueling southpaws open up at range, both likely hoping to find an opening for a takedown. Green with a few kicks from range to start. Tibau looking to counter with punches, but Green managing the distance well and slipping the counters. Green seems to be the quicker man here early. He’s letting his hands go. Tibau shoots underneath, but nothing there. Tibau holding the center, but Green moving well on the outside, darting in and out of range, looking to work in a jab. Tibau shoots inside, but Green stuffs it easily and pushes him away. Green continues to find a home for the jab, and he’s adding combinations behind it. Tibau answering with less volume but certainly no shortage of power. They trade until the end, though Green just a step ahead. MMAjunkie gives Green the first, 10-9.

Round 2 – Green still holding the center to start, and he’s looking to use that jab. Tibau ready to counter, and he seems to be finding his range a bit. Green mixing up his angles well and finding some openings. Tibau a step behind but throwing everything with ample power. Both men seem content to box at this point. Tibau firing hard but coming up just a little bit short. Green managing the distance well and throwing from his preferred range. Tibau does want a takedown, but it’s not there. The remains a boxing match, and Green just a little more accurate and active. Not much kicking between the two. Green using his range well, and they finish on the feet. MMAjunkie gives it again to Green, 10-9.

Round 3 – Green again out quickly and looking to use his reach on the feet. Green adds in a kick to the body. Green just a little more mobile, a little quicker. Tibau loading up on single shots but not really having much success. Could be problematic if they land clean, but not there so far. Green not overdoing things on the feet but staying in control. He doesn’t seem concerned with Tibau’s work on the feet. That may be a mistake, as Tibau does land, but Green bounces right back and tees off, dropping his opponent to a knee with a big shot. Tibau crawls back to his feet and seems recovered but is bleeding from the nose. Less than two minutes, and Tibau needs a finish, but he’s wisely being cautious after being rocked. Still, he needs to push. Green happy to stick and move behind the jab. Tibau trying to tee off in the final minute. Green moving well and countering. He claps a bit, showboating in front of his opponent. Tibau’s corner begs for him to press, but he’ll come up short. MMAjunkie gives the final round to Green, 10-9, awarding him the fight 30-27.
