Well, this is beyond nasty.
At Combate Americas 53: Copa Combate 2019 held in Lima, Peru on Friday, a main card bout between rising lightweights Milko Tucto (5-1 MMA) and Salvador Becerra (8-3 MMA) ended in grotesque fashion.
The sequence began with Tucto grinding Becerra up against the cage. From there, Tucto switched to the back and initiated a takedown attempt. Raising Becerra above his head, Tucto dumped Becerra sideways.
That’s when the American fighter’s critical error occurred. Becerra extended his arm to stop the takedown. His arm buckled under Tucto’s body weight and bent in … well, in a way that arms aren’t supposed to bend.
Becerra (understandably) yelled out in pain. The referee waived off the fight due to verbal submission and named Tucto the winner.
If you dare, check out Becerra’s nasty fight-ending arm injury in the video below. WARNING: This video is not for the squeamish. You can’t say I didn’t warn you.

I told you it’d be gross. All I can say is hopefully Becerra has a speedy recovery. You never want to see this!

McGregor hasn’t competed...
